Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Meta API Integration application operated by Sonus Flow sp. z o.o.

1. Service Description

Our application provides tools to manage Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts through Meta's Graph API, including content publishing, analytics, and engagement management.

2. Authorization

By using our service, you authorize us to access your Meta accounts as permitted by the permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Standards
• You are responsible for content published through our application
• You must have proper rights to manage the Pages/accounts you connect

4. Limitations

We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or service interruptions.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved by courts in Warsaw.
